The famous Mekong River delta, about 75 miles southwest of Saigon. Here I'm on a boat riding through one of the several smaller rivers that surround the islands in the delta. Again, the scenery was absolutely incredible. This is probably the usual image most people associate with Viet Nam -- the dense jungle and river image, or what I call the "Apocalypse Now" image.
